This web site was created to anounce the launch of a new high-end condominium being developed in Fort Lauderdale. The flash site features some pretty cool page transitions, blur effects, drop down navigation, and vivid imagery. It’s main purpose is to attract possible investors and incite awareness about the building.

I was the lone flash developer and animator on this project. All the content is being delivered through xml and styled using css. It is setup so that each element is actually a flash component loaded from xml.
